Default Real Estates Prices Fall by a thousand a Day

Real properties sell at prices by 1000 or 2000 euro lower in the beginning of the year. Only a week ago a three-room flat in one of Sofia suburbs cost 64000 euro and is now offered for 62970. The prices of cars have collapsed as well.

Cool Re: Real Estates Prices Fall by a thousand a Day

Looking in the 'Mobile BG' car sales magazine I would say that the price of cars has NOT collapsed at all, in fact they seem as good as ever. A Bulgarian friend advertised his car there for sale at a fair (not cheap) price and people were still ringing up to buy it 2 weeks after it was sold, can't comment on property as I havn't seen any prices locally.
